1. Product Overview

The Epic S7302 Series consists of HTPB-based two-component polyurethane potting compounds developed for electronics exposed to severe environmental conditions. These compounds provide low mixed viscosity for excellent flow, reliable adhesion to plastics and metals, and thermal cycling endurance from –40 °C to 135 °C, with excursions up to 160 °C. They cure at room temperature with a 4:1 volume mix ratio, medium Shore A hardness, and RoHS compliance. Designed to pass UL94HB, they deliver moisture and contaminant protection while maintaining flexibility and thermal stability.
