1. Product Overview

842UR Highly Conductive Silver Polyurethane Coating is a one-part, heat-cured coating designed for EMI shielding in semiconductor and board-level applications. It provides excellent electrical conductivity at thin film thicknesses, strong adhesion to various substrates, and maintains flexibility even at low temperatures. The coating ensures environmental stability under extreme conditions and withstands wave soldering. It can serve as a lightweight, cost-effective alternative to traditional metal lids for EMI shielding.
