1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® SI 5039™ is a one-component, acetoxy-based silicone sealant with dual cure technology (UV/visible light and moisture). It is semi-flowable, light yellow, and translucent, designed to form high-strength rubber upon curing. Its unique flow characteristics allow even bead formation for consistent gasketing, bonding, and sealing, including shadowed areas where moisture initiates secondary cure. The product combines deep light cure capability with a moisture cure mechanism, offering rapid functional strength and long-term durability.
