1. Product Overview

EPIBOND® 420 A/B is a two-component, room-temperature curing modified epoxy adhesive paste designed for high-strength, high-toughness bonding. It is suitable for metals, honeycomb structures, and fiber-reinforced composites, providing excellent shear and peel strength. The adhesive contains 5 mil (125 µm) spacer beads for uniform bond lines in high-stress areas. EPIBOND® 420 A/B replaces REDUX 410 NA and meets BMS 5-107 requirements. Its combination of toughness, resilience, and room-temperature cure makes it ideal for demanding aerospace structural applications.
