LOCTITE® SI 5056™ is a one-component, UV/visible light-curable silicone adhesive with low viscosity. It cures into a tough, transparent silicone rubber suitable for assembly of disposable medical devices. The adhesive is alkoxy silicone-based, light yellow and transparent in its uncured form, and does not require mixing. It has been tested to ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, supporting its use in medical applications.
