  • Appearance: Clear to slightly hazy, colorless liquid
  • Viscosity: Very low
  • Curing Mechanism: Humidity
  • Application: Bonding
  • Key Substrates: Metals, rubbers, plastics
  • Approval: Qualified to Commercial Item Description A-A-3097 (regional approval)

2. Applications

  • Bonding metal substrates
  • Adhesion to rubbers and plastics
  • Used in general-purpose industrial and manufacturing applications
  • Suitable for applications requiring fast fixturing and high strength

Viscosity (Cone & Plate, 25°C) 1 to 4 mPa·s
Viscosity (Brookfield, 25°C) 1 to 10 mPa·s
Vapor Pressure, hPa <1

Cured Material (After 24 hours @ 22°C)

Property Value
Coefficient of Thermal Expansion 100×10⁻⁶ K⁻¹
Thermal Conductivity 0.1 W/(m·K)
Volume Resistivity (IEC 60093) 2×10¹⁵ to 10×10¹⁵ Ω·cm
Surface Resistivity (IEC 60093) 10×10¹⁵ to 80×10¹⁵ Ω
Dielectric Breakdown Strength 25 kV/mm

Curing Performance

  • Fixture Time @ 22°C / 50% RH:

    • Mild Steel (degreased): 20-40 sec
    • Aluminum (degreased): 30-60 sec
    • Neoprene / Nitrile Rubber: <10 sec
    • ABS / Phenolic: 10-30 sec
    • PVC: 30-70 sec
  • Cure Speed is Affected By:

    • Bond Gap: Thin bond lines cure faster.
    • Humidity: Higher humidity increases cure speed.
    • Activator Use: Can speed up cure but may reduce final bond strength.

Adhesive Performance (Lap Shear Strength – ISO 4587)
