Mould Release QZ 13 is a high-performance release agent based on solvent-containing silicone oil. It is designed for the pre-treatment of moulds and models to ensure trouble-free de-moulding of Araldite® epoxy resins, Arathane® polyurethane systems, castings, mouldings, and laminates. It enables smooth de-moulding even at elevated mould temperatures above 150 °C and ensures precise reproduction of surface details.
Release agent for epoxy resin and polyurethane castings, mouldings, and laminates.
Suitable for both cold-curing and hot-curing processes (20 °C – 180 °C).
Effective in automatic pressure gelation processes.
Recommended for steel, aluminium alloy, and slightly porous moulds (e.g., cast aluminium).
Application methods: brush, rag, spray gun, or vaporiser.
