3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odour Acrylic Adhesives (DP8805NS, DP8810NS, DP8825NS) are two-part, toughened acrylic adhesives designed for high performance with reduced odour compared to conventional acrylics. They provide fast handling strength, high shear, peel, and impact resistance, and excellent adhesion to metals (including slightly oily surfaces) and many plastics.
Contain glass beads (0.010 in / 0.2565 cm) to control bond line thickness.
Available with different open/work times for process flexibility.
Achieve structural strength in minutes; full cure in 24 hours.
UL File QOQW2.MH17478 certified for electrical equipment.
Structural bonding in metal assemblies, plastics, composites, and electrical equipment.
Suitable for industrial, electronics, and repair uses where fast fixture times are required.
Not ideal for bare steel, copper, brass, bronze (risk of corrosion) or low surface energy plastics (PP, PE, TPO, PTFE) unless carefully evaluated.
