Dymax MD® 203A-CTH-F is a UV/Visible light-curable medical adhesive with secondary heat-cure capability, designed for rapid bonding of metals and plastics commonly used in catheter and guidewire manufacturing. The adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) for in-line inspection, ensuring quality control. As a Multi-Cure® material, it offers flexibility in curing: fast light-curing for production efficiency, with thermal curing available for shadowed areas. Free from nonreactive solvents, it enables faster processing, greater output, and reduced costs. The product complies fully with RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU
