Alpha OL-107F A Liquid Flux is a high-performance, no-clean flux designed for both lead-free and tin-lead soldering applications. It provides superior wetting, consistent solder joint formation, and minimal residues, ensuring reliable performance in electronics assembly. The flux formulation is optimized for fine-pitch components and high-density PCB assemblies, offering precision and repeatable soldering results.
OL-107F A is suitable for wave soldering, selective soldering, hand soldering, and rework processes. It is widely used in PCB assembly, repair, and high-density electronics manufacturing where accurate and reliable soldering is critical. The flux performs effectively in both automated and manual soldering operations.
