1. Product Overview

WEVO-Casting Resin PU 951 is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system filled with non-abrasive mineral fillers. After curing, the polymer demonstrates tough-elastic behavior, excellent adhesion to plastics, metals, and glass, as well as strong performance in thermal cycling tests. The material offers reliable dielectric properties, thermal stability, and flexibility. Its operating temperature range is -50 °C to +120 °C.

  • Encapsulation of low and medium-voltage electrical components.

  • Suitable for sensors, switches, and printed circuit boards (PCBs).

  • Provides long-term protection where adhesion, elasticity, and electrical insulation are essential.
