1. Product Overview

WEVOPUR 71/40 M is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system with very low viscosity, formulated with non-abrasive mineral fillers. The cured polymer is tough, electrically insulating, and has high dielectric strength. It is used with WEVONAT 300 M. Temperature range: -40°C to +130°C (can be used down to -50°C for specific applications).


2. Applications

  • Encapsulation of electrical components for medium and high voltage applications.

  • Suitable for transformers, coils, sensors, and other electronic assemblies requiring high dielectric performance.
