1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ 1-2620 Low VOC is a one-part, solvent-borne silicone resin conformal coating with low viscosity and reduced VOC content. It cures at room temperature, forming a firm, tough, elastoplastic film that is abrasion-resistant, resilient, and provides reliable circuit protection. With optional mild heat acceleration, it supports in-line processing. The cured coating is transparent, UV-inspectable, UL 94 V-0 flame-rated, and fully compliant with IPC-CC-830, UL-746E, and MIL-I-46058C standards, making it ideal for high-reliability electronics.
