SYLGARD™ Q3-3600 is a two-part, highly flowable, self-leveling silicone encapsulant or adhesive. It is designed for thermal management, providing heat dissipation from components while maintaining a long working time at room temperature. The material cures via heat without by-products, allowing deep-section or confined curing. It also features UL 94 V-1 flammability rating.
