1. Product Overview
VIGON® RC 101 is a water-based cleaning medium formulated with MPC® Technology for the manual and automated cleaning of reflow ovens, wave solder systems, and related equipment. It effectively removes all types of baked-on flux residues, re-condensated fluxes, and emissions while ensuring excellent material compatibility with aluminum and epoxy surfaces. The mild formulation features no flash point, low odor, and eliminates harmful condensations on assemblies, providing a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly cleaning solution.
2. Applications
Manual cleaning of reflow ovens and wave solder equipment: spray onto cold or warm surfaces, allow ~5 min contact, wipe, and air dry.
Automated cleaning of conveyor fingers in wave solder equipment using reservoir filling and automatic brushing.
Pre-cleaning of condensation traps and surfaces exposed to flux residues.
Suitable for baked-on fluxes, fumigation contamination, solder pastes, and SMT or conductive adhesives.
