TEROSON® RB 3211-2 F is a one-component, heat-curing, solvent-free antiflutter adhesive based on rubber. It features special viscosity that ensures excellent sag resistance and strong wash-off resistance against aqueous cleaning and pretreatment. The adhesive adheres well to oily steel sheets, aluminum, and zinc-coated surfaces. Once cured, it forms a flexible, foamy structure with minimal sensitivity to temperature variations. Cross-linking occurs at temperatures above 140 °C, and the product provides corrosion protection due to its compatibility with E-coat paints. It can be painted after curing.
TEROSON® RB 3211-2 F is widely applied in automotive body shops for antiflutter purposes. Its low hardness minimizes read-through effects, while its wash-off resistance eliminates the need for pregelling or precure. It is particularly recommended where long-term elasticity and durability across a wide service temperature range are required.
