1. Product Overview

LOCTITE HHD 3610 is an amber, slightly odorous, one-part reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive that cures via solidification and moisture. It is formulated for robotic jetting and automatic assembly lines, offering high initial bond strength immediately after solidification. The secondary moisture cure provides excellent elongation and structural durability. Once fully cured, the adhesive will not remelt.

2. Applications

  • Device assembly

  • Structural bonding

Product benefits:

  • Jettable PUR

  • High impact resistance

  • High bond strength

Substrate pretreatment recommendations: Clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces; substrate temperature >20°C; preheating may be applied.

Application methods: Heating cartridge guns or syringe-type melting equipment; reduce temperature for longer rest periods to prevent viscosity increase.
