LOCTITE® HHD 3559BK is a reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive designed for structural and electronic bonding. It is a one-component system requiring no mixing, with a black solid appearance and 100% solids content. The adhesive is ideal for new device designs and supports both manual and automatic assembly line production. Its key benefits include good reworkability, high impact resistance, low modulus, and long open time. The material cures exclusively via moisture and achieves final strength within 1 to 7 days, while providing high handling strength immediately after application.
