1. Product Overview

3M™ Scotch® Electrical Semi-Conducting Tape 13 is a 30 mil thick, highly conformable, non-adhesive electrical tape made from ethylene-propylene rubber. It retains conductivity under stretch and is compatible with high-voltage splicing and terminating materials. Rated for 35 kV and continuous operation up to 130 °C, it provides excellent performance with solid dielectric cable insulations and conductors. The tape is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, professional-grade, and ASTM-approved.
