1. Product Overview

3M™ Polyimide Film Electrical Tape 1205 is a flame-retardant, polyimide-backed electrical tape with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. It is highly conformable and suitable for thin insulation applications such as wrapping transformers, capacitors, and wire harnesses. The tape maintains electrical properties and tensile strength over a wide temperature range of -40 to 155 °C. It is also suitable for wave solder masking in printed circuit board assembly and anchoring leads and terminal boards.
