1. Product Overview
3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape SF6808 is a high-performance, gray, 0.8 mm thick acrylic foam tape designed specifically for automotive sealing applications. It provides a durable, immediate bond to elastomeric parts such as weatherstrips and seals. The tape features a heat-activated adhesive on one side to bond effectively to EPDM/TPE materials and a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the other side for painted automotive surfaces. Its viscoelastic acrylic foam core ensures excellent wet-out, maintaining seal integrity and providing a clean bond-line appearance.
