1. Product Overview

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP100 is a two-part, clear epoxy adhesive designed for fast curing, high flow, and easy mixing. It offers good machinability, develops strength rapidly, and meets UL 94 HB flammability standards. Available in Duo-Pak cartridges and bulk forms.


2. Applications

  • Structural bonding of metals, plastics, and composites.

  • Suitable for electronics, general industrial assembly, repair, and maintenance.

  • Can be applied via 3M™ EPX™ applicator system, manual mixing, or automated dispensing.

  • Not intended for high-voltage automotive powertrain applications unless additional qualifications are met.
