1. Product Overview

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP125 (Translucent and Gray) is a fast-curing two-part epoxy adhesive, derived from the DP2216 Translucent B/A, but with significantly reduced worklife and cure time. The DP125 Gray version is a filled, pigmented variant with similar performance and flexibility. It features a 25-minute worklife, high peel and shear strength, controlled flow, and flexibility. Available in Duo-Pak cartridges or bulk containers.


2. Applications

  • Structural bonding of metals, plastics, rubbers, wood, and glass

  • High-strength applications requiring fast cure time and flexible bonds

  • Industrial bonding where controlled flow and high peel/shear strength are required

  • Applications using 3M™ EPX Applicator System or bulk mixing for production/field use

Note: Surface preparation is critical for optimal bond strength. Performance may vary under prolonged humidity, heat, or immersion; testing is recommended.
