3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP190 is a two-part, room-temperature curing adhesive available in Translucent and Grey formulations. Both variants have a 1:1 mix ratio, long work life (60–90 minutes), and exhibit excellent shear, peel strength, and environmental durability.
DP190 Translucent: Flexible, lower hardness, very high elongation.
DP190 Grey: Higher hardness, stronger mechanical strength, better environmental resistance.
Supplied in Duo-Pak cartridges for convenient mixing/application, or in bulk containers.
Structural bonding of metals, plastics, glass, wood, and composites.
Suitable for electronics, general industrial assembly, and repair where durability under stress, impact, and environmental conditions is required.
Recommended for use with the 3M™ EPX Applicator System for controlled mixing and dispensing.
