Alpha EF-8000GL Liquid Flux is a high-performance, no-clean flux designed for both lead-free and tin-lead soldering processes. It ensures excellent wetting, consistent solder joint formation, and minimal residues, providing reliable performance in electronics assembly. The flux formulation is optimized for fine-pitch components and high-density PCB assemblies, delivering precision and repeatable soldering results.
EF-8000GL is suitable for wave soldering, selective soldering, hand soldering, and rework processes. It is widely used in PCB assembly, repair, and high-density electronics manufacturing where controlled and reliable soldering is critical. The flux performs effectively in both automated and manual soldering methods.
