Alpha NR205 Liquid Soldering Flux is a high-performance, no-clean flux designed for both lead-free and tin-lead soldering applications. It provides superior wetting, consistent solder joint formation, and minimal residues, ensuring reliable performance in electronics assembly. The flux formulation supports fine-pitch components and high-density PCB assemblies, offering precision and repeatability in soldering operations.
NR205 is suitable for wave soldering, selective soldering, hand soldering, and rework processes. It is widely used in PCB assembly, repair, and high-density electronics manufacturing where accurate and consistent soldering is critical. The flux ensures reliable results in both automated and manual soldering methods.
