Alpha SACX Plus 0107 Solid Solder Bar is a premium lead-free solder alloy bar designed for high-reliability electronics assembly. It delivers excellent wetting, consistent melting behavior, and strong solder joint integrity. The alloy minimizes dross formation, ensures smooth flow, and provides high mechanical strength, making it suitable for demanding manufacturing environments.
SACX Plus 0107 solder bars are suitable for wave soldering, reflow soldering, and general electronics assembly. They are particularly effective for fine-pitch components, high-density PCBs, and high-volume production lines where consistent soldering quality and joint reliability are essential.
