Alpha SLS-65C Flux is a high-performance, no-clean flux formulated for lead-free and tin-lead soldering processes. It delivers excellent wetting, reliable solder joint formation, and minimal residues, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance in electronic assembly. The flux is designed for fine-pitch components and high-density PCB assemblies, offering precision and repeatable soldering results.
SLS-65C is suitable for wave soldering, selective soldering, hand soldering, and rework processes. It is widely used in PCB assembly, repair, and rework operations where accurate and consistent soldering is essential. The flux performs effectively in both automated and manual soldering methods.
