1. Product Overview

Araldite® 2020 is a two-component, low-viscosity, water-white epoxy adhesive, specifically designed for glass bonding. It cures at room temperature and has a refractive index close to that of glass, making it ideal for transparent assemblies, clear castings, and laminates. It is versatile, capable of bonding metals, ceramics, rigid plastics, rubbers, and other commonly used materials.

  • Glass bonding and laminating.

  • Bonding of ceramics and optically clear assemblies.

  • Adhesion to metals (aluminium, copper, brass, stainless steel, galvanised steel).

  • Bonding of plastics (ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, SMC).
