Araldite® 2022-1 is a two-component, room-temperature curing, methacrylate-based structural adhesive.
Mix ratio: 1:1 by volume (100:95 by weight).
Working time: 10–12 minutes at 25°C.
Cures rapidly to high strength; serviceable up to 100°C (212°F).
Features: high peel strength, excellent adhesion to plastics, composites, and metals, suitable for multipurpose rapid assembly.
Designed for rapid assembly operations in industrial and structural bonding.
Effective with metals (aluminium, steel, stainless steel), plastics (ABS, PVC, PC, PMMA), and composites.
Provides durable bonds resistant to water, solvents, gasoline, acids, and weathering.
