1. Product Overview

Araldite® 2022-1 is a two-component, room-temperature curing, methacrylate-based structural adhesive.

  • Mix ratio: 1:1 by volume (100:95 by weight).

  • Working time: 10–12 minutes at 25°C.

  • Cures rapidly to high strength; serviceable up to 100°C (212°F).

  • Features: high peel strength, excellent adhesion to plastics, composites, and metals, suitable for multipurpose rapid assembly.

  • Designed for rapid assembly operations in industrial and structural bonding.

  • Effective with metals (aluminium, steel, stainless steel), plastics (ABS, PVC, PC, PMMA), and composites.

  • Provides durable bonds resistant to water, solvents, gasoline, acids, and weathering.
