Araldite® AV 170 is a one-component, heat-curing epoxy adhesive supplied as a thixotropic paste. It is characterized by high strength, toughness, and gap-filling capability up to 3 mm. The adhesive cures between 140–180°C, resists heat up to 120°C, and demonstrates excellent peel strength and chemical resistance.
Bonding of metals, temperature-resistant plastics, and composite materials.
Structural bonding where durability under heat, humidity, and chemical exposure is required.
Ideal for gap-filling joints in industrial and automotive sectors.
