Araldite® AV 4600 is a one-component, heat-curing, thixotropic epoxy paste adhesive characterized by exceptional impact resistance (down to –40 °C), high peel strength, and chemical resistance. It cures between 150–200 °C, is gap-filling up to 3 mm, and remains stable under heat up to 120 °C. Designed for tough structural bonding, it eliminates the need for mixing and ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Structural bonding of metals and a wide variety of other rigid substrates.
Suitable for transportation, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring impact and peel resistance.
Joints subject to dynamic loading, vibration, and subzero conditions.
Gap filling for assemblies with irregular joint surfaces.
