1. Product Overview

ARALDITE® CW 1305 / ARADUR® HY 1300 is a ready-to-use, optimally filled epoxy casting and encapsulating resin system. It is designed for room temperature or slightly elevated temperature curing, providing excellent dielectric properties, good thermal conductivity, thermal endurance, and resistance to thermal shock. The system is particularly suitable for electrical encapsulation applications, with moderate exotherm enabling bulk casting, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards.
