1. Product Overview

Araldite® CW 30407 / Aradur® HW 30408 / Aradur® HY 30409 is a high-performance, filled epoxy resin system designed for e-motor potting in e-mobility applications. It offers adaptable viscosity and thermal conductivity, fast curing, excellent flow and gap-filling ability, as well as strong thermal shock resistance. Suitable for thermal class 180 (H) electrical insulation.


2. Applications

  • Electrical motors and power electronics

  • Potting and encapsulation using Automated Pressure Gelation (APG) or vacuum casting

  • High thermal conductivity applications (0.8 – 1.1 W/m·K)
