1. Product Overview

Araldite® FST 40004 and Araldite® FST 40007 are halogen-free, filler-free epoxy resin systems developed by Huntsman Advanced Materials. These resins are designed for high-performance composite applications requiring stringent fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) standards. They are particularly suitable for interior aerospace and industrial composite parts where fire resistance and high thermal stability are essential. The systems are compatible with high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM), infusion, and pultrusion processes, enabling efficient production of structural parts with maximized weight savings.

2. Applications

Araldite® FST 40004 and Araldite® FST 40007 are ideal for:
