1. Product Overview

Araldite® LY 3585, when combined with Aradur® 3834 hardener, forms a high-performance epoxy resin system designed for high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM) applications. This system is specifically engineered to produce composite parts, such as leaf springs, that require high thermo-mechanical performance and fatigue resistance under severe hot and wet conditions. The combination offers a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately 140°C, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications.
