1. Product Overview

Araldite® LY 5052 (epoxy resin) combined with Aradur® 5052 (polyamine hardener) is a low-viscosity, cold-curing epoxy system.

  • Designed for aerospace and industrial composites.

  • Offers excellent impregnation, long pot life (up to 2 h / 100 ml at ambient), and high thermal resistance.

  • Provides outstanding mechanical and dynamic properties, both at ambient cure and after post-cure at elevated temperatures.

  • Qualified by Luftfahrtbundesamt (German Aircraft Authority) for glider production.
