Package Size: Contact to Techniq VN for details.
Shelf Life: 6 months

1. Product Overview

Bectron® PK 4340 is a one-component polyurethane resin system designed for electronic protection. It cures into a soft, elastic duroplastic with excellent thixotropic behavior, vibration resistance, and environmental compatibility. Unlike conventional two-component resins, it is ready-to-use, provides strong adhesion to various electronic substrates, and is RoHS compliant.

2. Applications

  • Vibration protection for delicate electronic components.

  • Partial or selective coating of SMDs, PCB assemblies, and ceramic substrates.

  • Dam-and-fill applications: can be used as a dam for higher-viscosity barriers around areas later filled with lower-viscosity resins (e.g., PK 4342).

  • Particularly useful in automotive electronics due to strong chemical and thermal resistance.
