BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 1500P (also known as BERGQUIST HI-FLOW 650P) is a thermally conductive phase change material with electrical insulation. It features a polyimide reinforcement carrier, providing high dielectric strength and cut-through resistance. The material is naturally tacky on one side, making it easier to assemble.
