BERGQUIST® LIQUI-BOND TLB EA1800 is a thermally conductive, two-part epoxy adhesive designed for thermal management applications. Supplied in a 1:1 volume mix ratio, it cures at room temperature without requiring refrigeration and can be accelerated with heat. With a thermal conductivity of 1.8 W/m·K and strong adhesion, the material eliminates the need for mechanical fasteners while maintaining performance in harsh environments. Its thixotropic nature ensures easy dispensing, thin bond lines, and minimal stress on fragile components.
