SX720 is a one-component, room-temperature curing, flame-retardant elastic adhesive designed for electronic devices. It is UL94 V-0 certified, ensuring nonflammability, and provides quick initial adhesion with high tack for various substrates. The adhesive exhibits excellent durability under thermal cycling and vibration. It is safe, environmentally friendly, and free of halogen, antimony oxide, phosphorus-based materials, and low-molecular-weight cyclosiloxanes (D3–D10). SX720 is suitable for bonding, fixing, and sealing components in electronics while complying with RoHS standards.
