Chemlok® 6150 is a one-coat adhesive formulated to bond a wide range of elastomers to metals, plastics, and fabrics. It consists of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dispersed in an organic solvent system. The adhesive offers excellent durability, environmental resistance, and compatibility with existing production lines. It can be applied as a single-coat or as a covercoat in a two-coat system, reducing labor and costs while ensuring strong adhesion.
Bonding elastomers: NR, IR, SBR, BR, CR, NBR, IIR, EPDM, ECO to metal and non-metal substrates.
Suitable for stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other nonferrous substrates.
Effective in harsh environments requiring heat and moisture resistance.
Can be applied by brush, dip, spray, roll coat, or other uniform coating methods.
Used as a one-coat system (17.8–30.5 µm film) or covercoat over primer (15.2–20.3 µm film).
