CoolTherm® SC-3500 is a two-component, thermally conductive silicone gap filler designed for electronic applications requiring efficient heat transfer. It combines high thermal conductivity with low volatility, minimal stress during cure, and excellent environmental resistance. Based on an addition-curing polydimethylsiloxane polymer, it remains stable under heat and confined conditions. The material is UL 94 V-0 rated, ensuring strong flame retardancy, and is suitable for long-term reliability in electronic assemblies.
