Composite Welder FS is a flexible, fast-fixturing, two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of electronic assemblies, metals, engineered thermoplastics, and composites.
Key features:
Fast cure at room temperature (handling strength in ~8 min on polycarbonate)
High toughness, strength, and impact resistance
Self-priming to metals, little/no surface preparation required
Non-conductive formulation
Mix ratio: 10:1 by volume (adhesive:activator).
Electronics: bonding of assemblies requiring non-conductive adhesive.
Metals (without primers): aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, cold rolled steel.
Plastics: ABS, polycarbonate, PVC, acrylics.
Composites (FRP): vinyl esters, polyesters (including DCPD-modified), epoxies.
