1. Product Overview

Flexane® 80 Liquid is a medium-viscosity, castable, non-shrinking urethane compound formulated for repairs, tooling, and moulding applications that require a tough, rubber-like material.

• Two-part compound, mixes easily

• Cures at room temperature (no heat required)

• Even pouring, self-leveling with 10-hour demould time

• Produces flexible, abrasion-resistant, high-strength urethane with low shrinkage

• Available in 450 g and 4.5 kg kits

2. Applications

• Reproduction of low-to-medium volume or discontinued rubber parts

• Flexible moulds, non-scratching holding fixtures, and linings

• Filling and repairing concrete control joints

• Encapsulation of wires and electronics subject to impact, vibration, expansion, and contraction
