Flexane® 94 Liquid is a low-viscosity, castable, non-shrinking urethane compound.
Room temperature curing, no heat required
Produces strong, abrasion-resistant, flexible rubber-like parts
Black in color, 100% solids, non-shrinking
Available in 1 lb. kit (Item No. 15250) and 10 lb. unit (Item No. 15260)
Reproduce parts: Low- to medium-volume or discontinued rubber components
Molding: Flexible molds, non-scratching holding fixtures, linings
Encapsulation: Wires and electronics subject to impact, vibration, thermal expansion/contraction
Repairs: Rubber linings, gaskets, rollers, or vibration pads
Primers required for adhesion:
Metals → FL-10 Primer (FL-20 if immersed in water)
Rubber, wood, fiberglass, concrete, rigid plastics → FL-20 Primer (2 coats for plastics)
