DOWSIL™ 3-1944 HP RTV Coating is a one-part, translucent, solventless silicone elastomer designed for conformal coating and thin encapsulation. It cures at room temperature with optional heat acceleration and features a fast tack-free time, good flame resistance (UL 94 V-0), and added UV indicator for easy automated inspection. The product flows well for precise coverage, curing to a soft, low-stress elastomer that protects delicate circuitry while remaining reworkable.

Thin section encapsulation for PCB assemblies.
Localized protection of pins, terminals, or critical devices.
Moisture and contaminant barrier for sensitive electronics.
