DOWSIL™ 3-4241 is a two-part, translucent green dielectric tough gel designed for electronic encapsulation. It offers fast heat cure, primerless adhesion, mechanical strength, and flame resistance (UL 94 V-1 rating). With a built-in UV indicator for automated inspection and long working time for processing flexibility, it provides enhanced durability and reliable insulation. When mixed, its two components (blue and yellow) turn green, ensuring correct blending and minimizing processing errors.
