DOWSIL™ 3-6752 is a one-part, thixotropic, thermally conductive silicone adhesive that cures by heat without producing by-products. It combines high thermal conductivity (1.7 W/m·K) with UL 94 V-0 flame resistance, excellent dielectric properties, and strong adhesion to metals, ceramics, epoxy laminates, and filled plastics. Its thixotropic nature enables easy dispensing with controlled flow, while its primerless adhesion and rapid, temperature-controlled curing make it suitable for confined or deep-section bonding applications in demanding environments.
