DOWSIL™ 734 Flowable Sealant is a one-part, acetoxy-cure silicone adhesive/sealant that cures at room temperature upon exposure to moisture. It is self-leveling, flowable, and forms a tough yet flexible rubber. With excellent dielectric properties, broad temperature resistance from -65°C to +180°C, and compliance with MIL-A-46106, it is reliable for sealing and bonding in demanding industrial applications. Its fast tack-free time and strong adhesion to various substrates make it well suited for precision sealing and field repairs.

DOWSIL™ 734 offers balanced flowability, quick curing, and stable electrical performance. In its uncured state, it is a clear or white liquid with high viscosity and rapid skin-over time. Once cured, it becomes a moderately soft elastomer with good tensile strength, elongation, and tear resistance, while maintaining flexibility even at very low temperatures. It also exhibits excellent dielectric strength, low permittivity, and high volume resistivity, making it suitable for electrical and electronic sealing applications.
